Data lifecycle

• Submitted files: processed to extract schedule information; the original file is not intentionally stored by Calendar Copy Cat after the request completes.
• Selected Gmail messages: read only when you choose an email to scan; the original message and attachments are not intentionally stored after processing.
• Parsed items and drafts: stored so work can continue across devices; deleted when you remove the item, clear the draft, or delete the account.
• Learned style and rules: stored as preferences rather than copies of example files; removable by changing rules or deleting the account.
• Activity: stored so you can view, duplicate, resend, or delete past results.
• Email and calendar connections: provider identifiers, granted scopes, and encrypted OAuth tokens are stored until disconnected or the account is deleted. Passwords are never requested or stored.
• Private sharing links: stored in protected form and can be revoked at any time.
• Usage and security records: stored only as needed to enforce limits, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting duties.

Your controls

You decide which files to scan, which parsed items to include, which calendar receives them, who gets a private feed, how much automation is allowed, and whether learned preferences are used. You can disconnect a provider without deleting the events already written to that provider.

Third-party information

Schedules may contain names, locations, contact information, or other details about people who do not use Calendar Copy Cat. Submit only information that is necessary and that you have a lawful right to use. Do not use the service to build profiles, monitor people without permission, or expose confidential schedules.

Automated suggestions

The service can suggest titles, bundles, duplicates, and destinations based on submitted material and prior choices. These are organizational suggestions, not legal, employment, medical, financial, or safety decisions. Review important dates and times before sending.

Deletion and export

Individual drafts and activity results can be removed in the app. Account deletion permanently removes Calendar Copy Cat account data and revokes saved connections, subject to limited legal or security retention. Calendar files can be downloaded in the portable iCalendar format.
