Agreement and eligibility
By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Data Policy, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to form this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Your account
Authentication is provided through Google Firebase. You are responsible for protecting your account, enabling appropriate security, and keeping account information current. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that defeats security or usage limits.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Calendar Copy Cat a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transform, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content, connected calendars, and recipient sharing you choose.
Service output
Parsing and suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing titles, dates, times, time zones, locations, recipients, and calendar destinations before relying on or sending them. The service is not a system of record or an emergency notification service.
Plans and payment
Free-plan limits are shown in the product and may change with reasonable notice. If paid plans are offered, price, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Unless local law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or block activity that threatens the service. We aim to provide notice for material changes when practical. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Calendar Copy Cat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees in applicable countries.
Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, unlawful conduct, security threats, nonpayment, or repeated abuse. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing rules
Mandatory consumer and privacy rights in your place of residence continue to apply. Before formal proceedings, contact support so both sides can try to resolve a dispute informally. Additional governing-law and venue details will be provided before paid service launches.
